Owlets Forest provides up to 30 Free hours for 3 -4 year olds.  If you choose to use the 30 Free hours these hours must be used in 6 hours sessions, 5 days a week.

Children must attend for a minimum of three days per week. This includes either sessions or full days. A full day is classed as six hours or more.

We offer two weeks per year free of charge for holidays. One weeks’ notice must be given otherwise normal fees will apply.

One weeks notice to be given for uncharged absences otherwise normal fees will apply.

Late pick up fee: A one off fee of $10 will be charged for pick-up’s after your child’s enrolled time.

Payment Options: Invoices are emailed weekly for your child’s previous weeks attendance. It is preferable that you pay by automatic payment or bank transfer. However, cash payments are also accepted.

Overdue accounts:Accounts need to be paid within 7 days. If fees are not paid on time this may result in accounts being sent to a debt collection agency. For outstanding accounts a charge of 25% of the amount will be charged to your account due to collection fees. Where fees remain outstanding for longer than a month your child’s enrolment may be suspended.
